Liz Sofield is a New Zealand artist who works mainly with paper and thread. By her use of geometric patterning and delicate stitching, evoking a sense of calmness.

I have just come back from a trip to Melbourne. One of the many highlights was going to the ngv and seeing amazing artworks. Shelia Hicks has been a favourite textile artist this was the first time I have seen her work in person.
